Leap (frog) Day

So it is Leap day, on Leap year, basically it is just the leapiest! I don't know what you are suppose to do on leap day...I guess watch movies about Leap Year? Who knows! What I do know is that people are scrambling to figure out what to do on this day to make it a holiday or tradition...one suggestion I heard last night was to try and kiss 50 people in one day...well, probably not going to do that. But I will be listening to this all day. In case you didn't know, Fanfarlo came out with a new album. Its very awesome and you can hear a lot of that good ole' musical saw in it! Take a listen, it is strangely very addictive. And well worth your time.

Cat Paint and Lent

It has been awhile...sorry, I would have to blame a combination of Midterms and my recent laziness. But I am almost out of the clear for tests! Anywho, I just wanted to share a little joy in my life. The application for the iPhone called, Cat Paint. Basically, its the best thing since Life's Bread. Here are some of my fondest creations:  

Also, today starts the 40 day/40 night stretch of Lent. Now I know I am not Catholic, but I do celebrate pagan holidays like Christmas! So why not Lent? Plus it seems to be very trendy as of late to say what you are giving up at BYU, so today is my very day without treats. Yup, I said it, I am attempting to give up sugar...It may be difficult, but I am giving it a shot. I am still eating Greek Yogurt everyday though, but thats not really a sweet is it? It had protein and vitamins! Totally necessary. I am sorry I didn't give any Valentine's lovin either, so here is a gift from me to you. This is the priceless Valentine my mama gave me, as you can tell she knows me well, and has the UT-MOST class.

Its OK Friday

Its OK, my mama is in town visiting me. So far I have eaten: cookies, creamery ice-cream, belgium waffles from Bruge, Gourmet pizza, garlic bread, salad, pancakes and a Jdawg. I am one happy kid. Also very in denial of doing my homework...just saying. Also if you haven't listened to this song by Miike Snow, you should star riiiiight now.

Oldies but Goodies

So I was looking through my photos just piled up on my computer the other day (ummmm last night when I couldn't sleep for hours....it was HORRIBLE) and I came across some of these which I totally adore and do not know why they slipped my mind.

This was one my favorite people in the world, Luke, and I attempting to study for finals last year. As you can tell, we found our way to somewhere in the abyss of stacks and then proceeded to spend the whole night giggling to ourselves on photobooth. These pictures are FOR SURE oldies but goodies. Enjoy them! Luke is adorable!

Its OK Friday

well, well, well. ITS FRIDAY. yup yup yup. And I only have 2 "its OKs" because they happen to be 2 things I am doing at this very moment:

Its OK if you take a shower and then proceed to go about the rest of your morning (eating, primping, homework and studying) in just your towel. Cause I mean, how awful is it to put your clothes back on right? Everyone deserves a little free-time.

Its OK if you are refusing to put on make for the first part of your day because you know you have something going on tonight in which you will need to fix yourself up. (Sorry kids in my italian class who have to stare at my very pale, blank, face.)
